Those videos sometimes feature other farms from across the country too. For the kid who still checks the mailbox, and the grownup who still remembers what that felt like, it's a small way to reconnect with the land, the food on your plate, and the magic of real mail.

When will I get my letter?
We send out the Moo Crew Mail on the 15th of every month. US members typically receive it within 3–10 days of sending. If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. Sign up after the 15th, and your first envelope will arrive the following month.

What if I need to cancel or change my address or billing info?
Email me at karisabitner@gmail.com and I’ll update your address, payment info, or cancel your subscription. Please reach out before the 15th of the month so we can make the change before the next batch of envelopes goes out.

What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
Sometimes mail takes up to two weeks to arrive, especially around holidays. If your Moo Crew Mail hasn’t shown up by the end of the month, email me at karisabitner@gmail.com and we’ll make it right — either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Before writing in, double-check that your shipping address on the order is correct, since that’s usually the culprit!

Milk & Marrow is a small family homestead tucked into the rolling hills of Tennessee, where June, Merna, Lucy, Juniper, and Luna spend their days grazing, napping, and being nosy.
These five Jersey cows are the milkers behind the letters. They have opinions. They have routines. They have absolutely no concept of personal space. And every month, one of them sends a little envelope of their world straight to your mailbox.
